We want you to love your Coco Jewelry as much as we loved making it. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

💎 Returns

Changed your mind? No worries! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • It’s returned in the original packaging

  • You’ve contacted us within the 14-day window

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, even if they haven’t been worn. We hope you understand!

To start a return, just email us through our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there!

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

🔁 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item and place a new order for the piece you want instead. This keeps things simple and fast!

💰 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account, depending on your bank.

We can’t refund:

  • Shipping charges

  • Items marked On Sale

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Returns requested after 14 days

Oops! If your item arrived damaged or not what you ordered, we're so sorry! Please email us through our contact form within 3 days of receiving it, and include a photo. We'll make it right fast!
